During my collaboration with Calendly, the leading scheduling automation platform, I took on the challenge of reimagining their web layouts for a major platform update.

This project aimed to enhance user experience while maintaining brand consistency, ultimately supporting Calendly's mission of making scheduling simple and efficient for millions of users worldwide.

Key Contributions:

• Layout Exploration: Conducted extensive exploration of various web layouts, focusing on creating an intuitive navigation system that simplifies the scheduling process for users of all levels of technical proficiency.

• Brand Consistency: Maintained close alignment with Calendly's existing corporate identity, skillfully integrating the company's logo, custom illustrations, buttons, icons, and images into the new design.

• Modern Aesthetic: Developed a fresh, modern design anchored by a crisp white background with engaging blue accents, creating a clean and clear aesthetic that enhances usability and visual appeal.

• User-Centric Design: Prioritized user needs throughout the design process, ensuring that the new layout not only looked great but also improved the overall user experience of scheduling and managing appointments.

• Responsive Design: Ensured the new layouts were fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes, crucial for Calendly's diverse user base.

• Design System Enhancement: Contributed to the evolution of Calendly's design system, creating reusable components and establishing design patterns that can be applied consistently across the platform.
