In my role as a Digital Product (UX/UI) Design Mentor and Digital Product Designer in the EdTech sector, I've been working as a part of the team who is shaping the next generation of design professionals while continuously improving digital learning experiences.

This dual role has allows me to bridge the gap between industry needs and educational content, ensuring that our products remain at the forefront of design education.

Key Contributions:

• Mentorship Leadership: Successfully guided six teams and over 30 individuals through multiple bootcamp rounds, leveraging my industry expertise to prepare career-changers for real-world UX and UI design challenges.

• Practical Skill Development: Focused on teaching the practical application of user experience and interaction design principles, ensuring mentees are equipped with skills directly applicable to industry demands.

• Digital Product Innovation: Engaged in daily product improvement and design of digital experiences, continuously iterating on existing products to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.

• Curriculum Enhancement: Regularly refined course content to align with the evolving digital landscape, ensuring our educational offerings remain innovative and relevant to current industry standards.

• User-Centric Approach: Applied UX/UI best practices to both mentorship and product design, creating intuitive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and skill levels.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to create cohesive and effective learning journeys for students.

This role has showcased my ability to wear multiple hats - as an educator, mentor, and product designer.

By continuously improving our digital products and mentoring aspiring designers, I've contributed to raising the bar for design education and preparing a new generation of UX/UI professionals.

My work has not only enhanced the learning experience for our users but has also helped bridge the skills gap in the rapidly evolving field of digital design, demonstrating the impact of user-centered design in educational technology.
